The draw takes place in Helsinki at 21:00 local time. Results are usually officially available within about an hour. 5 main numbers out of 50 and 2 Euro numbers out of 12 are drawn.
It is a pan-European lottery – the draw takes place at the same time for all participating countries. Bets must be placed before the draw on the day of the draw; the exact cut-off time depends on the national lottery operator.
